Other partners include Tongaat, Zimasco, Minerva, the Public Service Commission, and pension funds.

Hampden – a picture square landscape surrounded by rolling plains that have attracted domestic and foreign developers – Fairview Estate comprises medium and low-density homes. The Estate has emerged as a prime residential location for individual and corporate investors, complete with serviced stands.

Fairview Estate has already secured title deeds for the stands, which range between 1 000 and 2 500m². These jewels comprise of a mix of compact starter homes and double-storey entertainment residences.
